Magic Dream - 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath near Disney - 1st Floor!

The forth of four themed properties by Blue Skies Property Investment LLC, the "Magic Dream" is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo situated in the Windsor Palms resort community. The property is a short drive from Disney theme parks. The property is themed Harry Potter, Avengers, Princesses and Mickey/Minnie Mouse. Guests have access to resort amenities including pool, spa, splash pad, basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, movie theater, game room, workout facility, Tiki bar/grill and a sundry shop.

The three bedrooms are well furnished. The condo includes a Harry Potter themed master suite with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, a Princesses / Cinderella themed bedroom with two twin beds (like the carriages in Cinderella!) and a Marvel / Avengers themed bedroom with two twin beds. Guests have flat screen TVs in the master bedroom, the Princesses bedroom and in the living room. All TVs are smart TVs (Roku enabled) and have the ability for you to sign into your own streaming service like Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu. This spacious property (largest condo model in Windsor Palms at 1,402 square feet) has a comfortable living area, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (including both automatic drip and Keurig K-Cup coffee machines for your morning coffee). The patio provides seating for two. Community amenities include: pool and splash pad, a Tiki Bar (that serves food and drinks - including adult beverages), hot tub/spa, flood lit tennis courts, basketball courts and a volleyball court, swings, game room/arcade, movie theater, Internet café and a workout/gym facility.

Guests enter the gated resort at the guard house. The first time in, guests must visit the guard house and the guard will give the guests a QR code to be used to scan into the resort (and open the gate) for all future trips. Parking is free throughout the complex. Please make sure not to block any sidewalks when parking your vehicle(s).

The condo is on the 1st floor!

Motorcycles are not allowed to park in the condo parking area - this is an HOA rule.

Please note that we provide starter essentials for our guests (toilet paper, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, etc.). Guests will need to procure their own supplies after the starter essentials run out, especially for longer stays.
